Ethel Gloves makes it easy for you to return or exchange an order. Though we expect that you’ll love your gloves as much as we do, we understand if you would like to return or exchange an item.
Exchanges can be made for a different style or size. Your return will be processed within 48 hours of being received, and refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
Orders placed by 11:00am will be shipped the same day. For orders placed after our deadline, we will do our best to ship the same day or the very next morning. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

Refunds on Shipping: If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order or you receive damaged product, we will refund all shipping charges to your credit card.
Multiple Addresses: We’re happy to ship items from one order to multiple addresses. Please make sure you double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
We do not charge extra for the Highlands and Islands of the UK and they are included in our standard shipping charge.

All Ethel Gloves products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship and are covered for 90 days from date of purchase. This warranty is only valid with original receipt of purchase. Extraordinary wear and tear is welcomed - we take everything into consideration in the Research and Development of our gloves.
WARNING! Ethel Gloves are not flame proof or fire retardant. Do not expose to extreme abrasion, open flame or sparks from grinding and welding.
